According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), health is not only an absence of disease. Still, it is also defined as "a resource that allows people to realize their aspirations, satisfy their needs, and cope with their environment to live a long, productive, and fruitful life" (CDC, 2018).
Well-being, on the other hand, is simply the positive outcome of being "healthy" and is described as "judging life positively and feeling good" (CDC, 2018).
As our motto suggests, Cambridge Montessori is committed to providing quality education for your child and protecting their well-being for a better life. The following links will guide you to some of the resources available to your family.
