Registration

We welcome all inquiries and requests for the application. To add your child's name to our waitlist free of charge, please email ALL of the following information to our administrator at cambridgemontessori88@gmail.com.

• Parents' names, contact phone numbers, and email addresses
• Child's name and birth date
• The date you would like to start the program
• Which location? Burnaby or New Westminster?

You are more than welcome to have a private tour WITH YOUR CHILD by appointment before you register in any of our programs.

To complete the registration process, we require ALL of the documents and payments listed below. These need to be given to the teachers before the program begins.

1. Registration Form
2. Enrolment Agreement
3. A copy of your child's Birth Certificate
4. A copy of your child's BC Services Card (both sides) OR International Travel Insurance
5. A non-refundable registration fee of $100, payable to "Cambridge Montessori Children's Center Inc." dated on the day of registration
6. A security deposit of $400, payable to "Cambridge Montessori Children's Center Inc." is dated on the registration day. This deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw from the program before the start date. It will also be used towards the child's the last month of attendance so long as a minimum of two calendar months of written notice is given. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
7. Post-dated cheques for six months are required upon registration and will be dated on the first day of each month. This is to eliminate the time-consuming process of collecting fees every single month.

*All payments must be submitted through cheques. Cash will NOT be accepted.

On September 1, 2018, the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) replaced the Child Care Subsidy Program. These funds help families with the cost of child care, depending on factors like family size, type of care, and household income. The Affordable Child Care Benefit replaces the current Child Care Subsidy based on amendments made to the Child Care Subsidy Regulation.

*To prevent paying the child care fee in full, submitting your Application Form with the Child Care Arrangement form is highly recommended at least one CALENDAR MONTH before your child's start date.
